Site Reading Software

I've been interested in improving the speed at which I read but I can't seem to trust any web site reviews because they all say something different! can anyone help? when you answer please give a short description of why you think it is comparatively better then the rest.

I'm also trying to find the cheapest or free way to download this software. so if you could tell me where to find it the cheapest possible that would be most helpful.

I learned speed reading a few months ago. I do some research on Amazon and choose one with good reviews. I prefer using program over books, because it is more interactive. And I'll suggest not to go with some free way, it will be quite a waste of time because I found having guideline as I learn is quite important. Speed reading is a technique that you can acqurie, but there may also be some little problems you may meet when you learn. The author of the software I used did quite a good job to guide me to the correct way, whenever I got stuck.

There are quite some good reviews on Amazon, and I chose it because it is not expensive too, and it teaches comprehension and memorization along with speed reading. There is also a website talking about how to get most out of the software. I used the online course, as it saved me some shipping fee as well. I post the links here, so you can check them yourself:

I just want to read some wikipedia articles but at the same time I want to play world of warcraft so a software that reads to me would be ideal!

YAKiToMe! http://www.yakitome.com is a free website that'll read web pages to you aloud or let you download them as mp3 to your iPod. It has a bunch of excellent quality voices from AT&T that read in different languages. Check it out.

If I wanted to, how is it possible to make a site's statistics read as if 5000 visitors had visited in one day? (This is just to play a friendly joke on my brother and his site) Is there a software or website avaialble that will do it?

Sounds like you are trying to make your site look like it's very popular.

If you have control of your html code or java script, you can advance your 'hits counter' yourself.

If it's controlled by an outside source or your webhoster, ask their techs to help you out.

Otherwise, log in and out repeatedly until you reach 5000.

Common question from folks that want to make their sites look extremely popular.

Ok so I bought a Blackberry and I'm trying to install the software that came with it...only to realize that it's not Vista compatible. :s I read that I might be able to use an older version (4.5 or 4.6) to get it to work. However, the links on the Blackberry site says that the file is currently unavailable! Does anyone know where else I can download this software from? That would be a great help. Thanks so much.
