i am planning to go 110% when school starts in september
i would like to know what is the best way to improve my writing skill and reading skill dramatically.
is there a software for this kind of stuff?
I'm sorry that I don't know much about writing skills, but I've learned to improve my reading skill a few months ago. I can now read faster and understand better, and this helps a lot on my study. It has also saved me quite a lot of time as I can spend less time on reading.

1. the file is a vedio file.
2.There is a RAM available as moemory where file is situated.
3.A processor writes to file.
4.Another processor reads from that file and plays it on a media
player software.
5.This writing and reading process is continuous
6.Buffer can be assumed as circular buffer and assume enough buffer is
there.
My problem is what type of file structure should be used for
