Childrens Reading Software

Back in like 1998 or 1999, my parents bought a computer and it came with a bunch of sample software and it had this really cool 'game' for kids. it was like you were at a desk and if you clicked the paint brush, you could paint and stuff like that. if you clicked the stamp you could stamp things. if you clicked the pencil, it would bring up a microsoft word type thing. it was really neat and i wish i could find it but i have looked everywhere. does anyone know what im talking about??

I was given this unit without a operating system and want to use it for my kids. It has a low end power supply (300w) and I purchased a 550 watt unit to replace it. I just need to know can I load XP Pro sp2 since it is a Server as opposed to Server software which I don't have and what kind of memory to get since it didn't have any. I tried to talk with the folks at Frys but sometimes they're not so smart. I'm not good at reading mainboards either. I do know it's a p4 2.6 ghz chip. I will use it for childrens games and educational software but I did purchase a 512 mb video card for the pc since I want them to keep it for awhile. Any ideas? Thanks for any help!

Yeah, you can load XP without a problem, but go for service pack 3. As for the memory, you need PC2100 184 pin ECC registered ram. Do not get the non-ECC it flat out will not work. It is a little more costly but it is ness.. Good luck and if you have any questions about install or purchasing just e mail me.
