I mean, they all have accent marks and stuff, so how do they express that in braille? Or do they have a different system of writing for the blind. Thanks!
I don't know the specifics, since I can't read or write in Braille, but the inventor was a Frenchman, Louis (IIRC) Braille, so I'm sure there is a way to indicate accents.

The US Mint will guarantee delivery for any in-stock item to anywhere within the United States for orders placed by December 7, 2009 for standard delivery, and orders placed by December 11, 2009 for orders placed with express delivery. This guarantee does not apply to orders with credit card and billing issues.
The 2009 Louis Braille Bicentennial Silver Dollar products will only be available until December 11, 2009, 5:00 PM ET. Authorizing legislation for the program specifies that the United States Mint may only issue coins during the one year period beginning on January 1, 2009. In order to meet these requirements, the US Mint ends sales earlier.
