the person is totally blind, so just a large keypad wont help.

RNIB could be a good start they have developed software with Vodafone, TALK software is availible for certain phones mainly nokia that can be installed it speaks all the phone menu's etc. They are availible on vodafone

is there a company out there that makes cell phones for the blind? if so how can i get one for my mom?
she may be blind but her fingers arent paralized:) believe it or not she has tought herself how to play bingo on the machine and plays often at the bingo hall everyone is amazed but she refuses to let her blindness stop her from doing anything!! i just thought that since they make a home phone for the blind they might make a cell phone also :)
