Little Rock School For The Blind

1950-60's Democratic Party lead by segregationists and racists? or
2000's Democratic Party lead by leftists and gay community?

The old school Democrats:
1. Governor George Wallace (D) of Alabama proclaims "segregation today, segregation tomorrow, segregation forever."
2. Current Senator Robert Byrd (D) of W Virginia was first elected to Senate in 1950's as a former member and recruiter/evangelist for the Ku Klux Klan.
3. Democrats from Arkansas defied the desegregation laws of the federal government prompting Pres Eisenhower to send in the 101st Airborne division to Little Rock.
4. Bull Conner (D) turns on fire hoses and unleashes attack dogs on peaceful civil rights marchers in Birmingham.

So, it's close, but I would have to lean toward the 2000's Democratic Party as more full of hate toward their fellow Americans. We look back at the old school Democrats and pity their ignorance. It's only a matter of time when the same can be said for today's Democrats.
I await the name calling by our Democrat/Leftist friends. "ignorant redneck" perhaps. some made up-"phobic" word, probably. "stupid!", definitely.

This qualifies as a "debate" by today's Democrats. I pity them already.

I see where you are coming from. Old School Democrats are not what you get in today's world. I have said that for a very long time.

I think that the hatred comes from both sides. I have lived in the real world long enough to see people from every race, religion, background and more importantly, from every walk of life. I have worked for everything that I have and have also been without anything at all, but have remained a strong conservative, who USUALLY cares about other people. I say usually loosely because I have a hard time stomaching someone who refuses to help themselves, is into drugs, or thinks that they should forever be able to live off welfare and that everyone else owes them a handout.

I think that America, as a whole, needs to be a whole lot more respectful. Everyones view points are worth listening to. There is not one who bears more weight than the next, but some that are so completely ridiculous they would never work.

I personally, am intolerant of child molesters, rapists, murderers and the rest of the rif raf that desrespects people as a whole. I can't and won't be nice to them. I am also intolerant of abortion because I think it falls into that same category.

Other than that, I really try to be tolerant of others that show respect and for viewpoints that differ from my own.

Hello everyone, sorry to be so negative but I feel like complete crap tonight as I always do on valentine's day.
See I'm now 33 and not once been on 1 date my whole life from always
being told I'm not good looking enough. Being a hard working good hearted easy going person
don't seem to get you anywhere these days. All that seems to matter is how much you
look like Brad Pitt to have a chance to ever have a girlfriend! I have tryed just about everything known
to man to meet women, bars and night clubs, blind dates thru friends of friends, 10 years now trying the online dating sites like match.com, Eharmony, yahoo personals, and more.
I've met many girls thru the years that way and every single one of them rejects me as soon as they
see a pic of me or meet me in person. Just 3 weeks ago I met a 30 year old devorced woman from eharmony and we met at a restaurant and when we was seated she said she had to go to the rest room but she didn't go to the rest room she walked out and left. And when I emailed her asking what happend she said I was ugly. I could go on and on with storys like that every since I bought my
first car at 16 with my own money I made from working a full time job wile going to high school. I was always rejected over looks alone. I was lead guitarist in a rock band in high school and won
the 1994 talent show and ran track in high school and was in really great shape. I'm still slim and havent gain any weight since high school. I try to look my best and still run and ride bikes for exercise and always wear nice cloths and drive nice cars. I've always been into restoring old cars so I mostly drive cars that's 20-30 years old but restored like new. All my friends have NO trouble getting dates with just about any girl they want and that really makes me mad at times even tho I try not to be the jelous type. Even my friends girlfriends all hated me and thought I was trash.
I just don't know anymore I've just about lost all faith in life in this world.
I don't know what to do I mean to be 33 and never accepted on 1 single date in 33 years of living on this earth. I feel like my whole life has been for nothing and I've lived in vain if not 1 person would ever love me for who I was not how much eye candy I didn't have.

Dude....you must be trying to hook up with some EXTREMELY shallow people. I'm not gay, but your a good looking bloke. You need to stand proud and stop being so negative on yourself. Girls pick up on lack of confidence, they sniff that stuff out. Head up, shoulders back and chest proud. You play guitar as well, that's a massive tick in the box for chicks. Forget clubs and that crap, unless your full of crap and can sell yourself in 3 minutes to some meaningless woman that will take you home and then forget about you the next day. I reckon you organise a bbq somewhere, get your closest mates around and tell them to bring their partners and a few friends and have a night of drinks, guitar and board games. Don't EVER ask your mates girlfriends if they have single friends. They won't tell you (trust me!!!hahaha). Just have a a good night and another thing, maybe try not to be so desperate, just go out, enjoy yourself and let your souls do the work for you. Don't always be out on the hunt, it gets you nowhere. You WILL meet somebody special, don't settle until they lift you off your feet! All the best brother! Stand proud.

ok well i should first explain im a metal/thrash/groove/death/melodic/black/grindcore/heavy metal type of person, I like Pantera, Children of Bodom, Slayer, Iced Earth, Iron Maiden, Behemoth, Gorgoroth, Nile, Boston you name it.

However I never understood why ppl continue to say it takes little to no talent to be a rapper or that its even romotely easy, i mean to have the ability to make stuff ryhme right on the spot, to have the ability to go faster and slower while maintaing the general beat is truely impressive to me, I always thought that rapping was easy but believe me it its not, you look at a guy like twista, flo rida, eminem, i mean these guys are truely talented, they are essentially poets who maybe use a little bit to much swear words but man I will never get why people say it takes no talent to be a rapper, I'm deeply sorry if guys like Lil Wayne, Soulja Boi or Lil jon has blurred your views on what real rap is, I truely am, I don't necessarily like rap, however i will not be a blind idiot and say "it takes no talent" to be a rap artist. It takes me a good hour to make up averse to a rock/metal verse, it takes a guy like Eminem/Twista/Jay-Z as little as 5 seconds to school someone, irreguardless if some or most of what they say is pre-determined or just right on the spot. Aside from artists who sample, who do you think plays those lovely piano pieces in the back? or the percussion beats, bass lines, maybe the slow violin/viola.cello added for dramatic effect, it still takes someone with musically knowledge to piece together the music, mix the vocals, maybe add some harmonies to the chorus for even more dramatic effect, especially 3+ harmony vocals on a rap chorus that sounds great.

I'd say me ripping up the solo to cemetary gates/cowboys from hell/hotel california/ master of puppets/ one / domination / everytime i die / bodom after midnight is every bit as impressive as Eminem zipping his way in and out of some of his more hilarious/fast paced songs at the very least in my opinion.

Ignorance, racism, short-sited > Talent, i mean it really is that simple, no question about it, and now you'll probably bash me and I admit rap does degade woman, promote ganster life as glorious and cool, but on a purely talent based approach, you cannot deny it takes ome serious talent and skill to rap and put together the actual music and beats to which it goes with.

What are your thoughts and opinions and please leave the chilish name calling out, you'll just get hidden do to infractions and what not.

i agree, the real Rap with meaning has been clouded by fake rap artists for awhile now and unfortunately they represent "all" rap. they shouldnt but they do. real rap takes tons of talent.

We have to recite and act out a poem in class. I was wondering if you had any ideas on props, clothing, and actions for my poem. Here it is:

"I cannot go to school today,"
Said little Peggy Ann McKay.
"I have the measles and the mumps,
A gash, a rash and purple bumps.
My mouth is wet, my throat is dry,
I'm going blind in my right eye.
My tonsils are as big as rocks,
I've counted sixteen chicken pox

I'd dress in litle girls'clothes frilly blouse or top/skirt/white dainty socks and if possible braids with bows then I'd also have on a face MASK that has a swollen lower cheek for the mumps,red spots for the measles, and 16 bigger spots for chicken pox and of course Green skin---then move your chin but moan and put hand on hip as if hip in pain,bend a little low clutch your back as if in pain-also have a sprain bandage on one of your ankles, also point to appendix while imitating rain drops in the air with other hand reach arm up a bit then wavy motions with hand -representing rain drops coming down,blow in you hand as one does for warmth and put on nose, wiggle toes as if numb,put hand on necck rolling neck a bit as if stiff,talk in whisper-voice is weak,blow cheeks up and tongue sticking out a bit-tongue filling up mouth,have a bit some yarn stuck in your hair then pull out as in hair falling out,raise elbow halfway and bend a bit,put both hands on side of top of the head-brain shrunk,cup hand to ear like you can't hear,put index finger up to ear with sticking in motion but o not put in ear,2-3times,hold up hand showing nails,put hand over heart But when you come to Saturday sraighten body tear off mask and ankle bandage do a little jump up into the air as you're saying "G'bye,I'm going out to play and run off happy and excited. As you are saying the poem you act it out-should be fun.
