Should oil and gas companies be allowed to determine U.S. energy policies?

At the start of Bush's first term, the administration's energy task force developed a new national energy policy. Interestingly, much of the policy was based on written recommendations from major oil and gas companies (some of it was actually copied verbatim from their recommendations). And now, 6 years later, those same oil and gas companies are ruthlessly taking advantage of hard-working Americans. They're sitting back, enjoying unimaginable profits and patting Bush on the back for making it all possible. Aside from people who actually work in the oil industry and blind Bush supporters, does anyone find this find this method of policy-making to be a tad bit wrong?
I think honeybearmartin is missing the point entirely. In a true capitalist economy, oil companies wouldn't be allowed to set economic policies that favor their own growth and profit. In reality, this is the exact opposite of capitalism.

Yes, and how is that working out for you. I think I will go check the hen house I left the fox in charge of security.

where to find zero skate boards?

all the skate stores around my area are pacsun and zumiez they dont sell complete zero boards and the sports stores sell birdhouse, blind and world industries but any other stores i can check out for a good board like zero?

first off zero really isnt that great of a board. you are better off with a baker, element, toy machine, or girl deck. and second youre just looking for a deck right? boards that come with trucks and wheels already attached are usually pretty crappy. you want to buy trucks, wheels, bearing, and a deck seperatly. where? look for a local skate shop. there are skate shops all over the place. zuimez and pac sun are not skate shops. sure they sell some stuff but really they just suck. go to a skate shop near you. they have EVERYTHING.

I'm partially color blind, but I want to be a fashion stylist for a magazine. Is this possible?

I believe I'm red-green color blind but still, I want to work in the fashion industry.

My uncle was color blind YET in his earlier days he was a professional photographer and later he was a commercial artist.! He was excellent at charcoal sketches, but if he chose to work in oils his wife had to chose his paints to get the correct colors.
