Cards For The Blind

I'm looking for someplace I can purchase cards blind-embossed with custom artwork - that is, I'd send an Illustrator file, and they'd do the blind-embossing.

i have no clue what blind embossing is but start with local print shops and wedding places that send off to have invitations done, they might be able to tell you who does their invitations.

My Mother is blind and I want to buy her a braille card for her birthday. I've bought from www.braillecards.ca.uk before but they don't have many designs and I've used the all ones they have. Where else can I get a braille card or one that would be good for a blind person? In the UK preferably (where I am), or possibly Australia (where she is). Thanks

does the number you roll have to be a 6 in order for its effect to work. Or is the 6 hypathetical, and you can have it roll any number for its effect. For example, can you have a "1" and destroy all monster cards of higher value than that?

Basically, the cards effect is that, say if you roll a 6 sided die, and they have a level 3 and a level 5 monster on their side of the field; you activate the effect, roll the die, and you end up with a 4, you can't destroy anything because he/ she has no level 4 monsters,

My grandfather became blind over a year ago and he used to enjoy playing board games with me when he could see. I couldn't find a good retailer that specializes in games like Scrabble, Monopoly, even a deck of cards for the blind. Any help would be great.

My feeling is that they don't. Since greeting cards are of a visual nature, it seems to me that blind people wouldn't appreciate them as much so it would probably be rare for them to buy one. Am I wrong? It would be nice if some blind people could respond to my question.

I've designed a collection of some nice greeting cards and will be launching a website very soon. The site isn't particularly accommodating to the visually impaired. I guess I've wondered about the urgency of creating a website that is accommodating to the blind considering my time constraints I'm under.

Have you never seen a card that plays a musical message? Better catch up with the industry before you take on the big guns at the greeting card factories. Best of Luck though.
