How does a 27 year old adult, (whom was deprived of an education) begin to get the education she desires?
The Title in braille Closeup

This lady was considered legally blind and has recently recieved he sight again. She was trained in braille but wishes to read and write, and use the computer.

She can get a tutor. Public libraries often offer tutors for such things. So do public schools. It satisfies the "community service" requirements for some high schoolers. Then, once she learns to read, she must read, read, read for an education. That's how Abraham Lincoln got an education. He had very, very little formal schooling. Most all of his education was self-taught through the power of reading. And she mustn't read smut books. She should read classic, whole books, like Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's "Sherlock Holmes" books, "LIttle Women" by Louisa May Alcott, and "Treasure Island" by Robert Louis Stevenson. She can read biographies of historic figures or historical fiction. She can read her Bible (poetry, history, heroes, villians, and a fantastic ending!). But the key is to READ.

Blessings!

Why do drive-up ATM machines have braille?
Braille and large letter menu at California Pizza Kitchen

It's like putting training wheels on a horse. o_O

It does seem rather stupid to have braille on the keys.
I'm sure they just have one type of molds for those keys, and don't want to waste the money to make another mold. Then to have to make sure the right keys on which machine. That would just be way too much work, they would have the plain keys on the wrong machines. Cause of course they wouldn't ever be able to get it right.

Rinchin Pingore (8) writing Braille, assisted by a teacher

Sight is a rare gift that is used everyday from the moment of birth. The truth in the matter is, its never crossed our minds, how much it should be appreciated until its gone. Sight is crucial to everyday to day activities, but if the eyes should fail and blindness sets in, life would change drastically. A change of life would be necessary, the way one lived before will not be of any use. Overall, A persons self organization, Braille ability and training of other senses would be huge factors for survival.

Firstly going blind is hard for the person and should be hard, especially with adjusting to their new way of life. The excitment of driving from one location to the next where your mind desire will stop, but someone has to drive the blind around, and it makes the blind personal life known. Buying food and clothes will be harder than ever especially if the blind wears one style and is dressed on another, which won't mean anything to the blind, due to the fact that the person is blind.
i just want to know if its correct so far and also if its not can u give pointers. thanks

"everyday"--make into two words: "every day"
"its"--change to "it's" or "it has"
take out comma after "minds"
"until its gone"--put in that apostrophe, or change to it is
"everyday to day"--either make it "everyday" or "day to day"
"will not be of any use"--change to "would be of no use"
"Overall, A"--make it a small letter a
"Firstly going blind"--put a comma after Firstly
"is hard for the person and should be hard"--change to "is understandably difficult"
"adjusting to their new way"--change to "a new way"
"The excitement...wil stop"--unclear.
"it makes the blind personal life"--change to "blind person's life known"--if that's what you mean.
Put a comma after ever, and another after especially.
"dressed on" should be "dressed in"
leave out "due to the fact that the person is blind"

Would you please help me rephrase this in good English 2?

Some of the responsibilities of the Special Education expert were as follows:
•Taking part in preparing the textbooks for the special education classes to be printed using Braille way, as well as revising the books that had already been printed in this way.
•Taking part in laying the plans concerning the objectives and the distribution of the syllabus for the special education schools.
•Making the census of the special education classes.
•Preparing specifications for the textbooks of the special education schools.
•Taking part in designing and creating training programs for the head masters, head mistresses, the writers and the officers in the schools and institutes for special education.
•Distributing the financial budgets on the schools so that they can prepare themselves for the new school year.
•Preparing the training programs for the internal scholarships which aim at preparing the teachers who can teach visually impaired students in the preparatory and secondary stages.
I am sure that the word census is wrong, but I don't know how to express a department which deals with making the statistics and the numbers, counting what is needed and the staff, then making reports about that.

Tracking and facilitating for those who need the special education.
