World Without End Audio Book

I listen to audio books from the library at work and on my commute. So, I have to take whichever ones I can get at the time. I have been fortunate enough to get the first 3 books in order, but I just started a new book and it is clearly much later in the Agatha Raisin series. By the end of book 3 Agatha and her next door neighbor James Lacey were friends, sortof. At the beginning of the book I've just started, Case of the Curious Curate, Agatha and her HUSBAND James Lacey are divorced, and he has told her he has gone to join a French monastery (which she finds to be a lie). Without revealing too much about the mysteries that were solved in the books I've missed, how in the world did they come to be dating much less MARRIED! Was it a marriage of convenience or did they have a real romance?

Okay, this is one of those weird things. The whole Raisin-Lacey relationship seems to bounce around much like Agatha's own emotional state. They are friends; they are not. They are "together;" they are not. If I remember, they go on a holiday to Italy, end up married, then get on each other's nerves constantly, then he disappears, then he ends up in the monastery... it's a story with a life of its own within the other stories. I highly recommend finding a bibliography of MC Beaton and "reading" them in order!

After that, you might try her Hamish MacBeth series, which I liked better than the Agatha Raisin series (if you haven't already!) I also highly recommend Martha Grimes's Richard Jury mysteries... but you also need to try and read those in order to avoid getting disoriented.

I watched it, and it seems to spew out factual errors, even before I went on to research it briefly whilst watching it I began to doubt it.

1)To all people who have watched it or are going to watch it, please consider yourself as an intelligent human being.
As even in the movie it states that TV, i/e movies are used to spew propaganda.

When you watch a film, you merely take in information, like with music. You are only receiving. However with such things as reading you are processing information.
So movies like this, and the danger with "factual" film documentations, is that they are very much one sided, you only get what you see.

So what I'd say is write down all the things that they claim, and research them.

2) The movie deems it's self as true. When it does give you any factual references, even when referring to hitler's 1st speech . I didn't see a transcript or anything.
And when they listed the similarities with Jesus and other historical leaders, it just seemed like a cut and paste job, listed so fast, and when I paused it at times it seemed repeated.
It was not very well made, it was like an audio over a powerpoint.

I mean they are dealing with a big thing here.

3) When dealing with historical evidence please, please list sources, no body alive now was alive during the egyptian period, It said the sources can be found on the web. But on seeing them it remained inadequate, when people write books on opinion, they write it to persuade the reader into believing what they want the reader to believe with or without creditable factual evidence. And a lot of the sources are of this nature...

Example if I were to write a book about how a football player is unfaithful to his wife, I read his accused mistresses autobiography.

4)Would you really allow a documentary to undermine what you already know? In Uni, we learn you must have creditable information, i.e. rectifiable by more than one source.

5) The links between religion, 9/11, banks and wars seems to be almost random, you can make the link about many things, including famine, slave trade, racism, diseases. Because the government orchestrates things whilst the Media documents it and releases it.
Plus, why only christianity, that is the US stance on christianity, which seems to me to be one of the more extreme arrogant forms.

Why not Islam, Judaism(in full not via the Bible), Sikhism, Hinduism and other religions.
Religion is belief, it's like a University system, you learn and hope to use what you learn in life. The division comes from the organisation of it.

6) At the end of the movie they used a kind of wake up and smell the coffee sort of whatever, but they have just spent 2hours listing problems with no solution, they have just disregarded a lot of things and deemed them as utensils of slavery, I didn't understand the purpose of it, was it to make people become atheist? Was it to make people aware of government control? Does it call for anarchy, because that's how it felt. People need leaders, people need organisation, if not you get CONFLICTING OPINIONS, we are not ALL the same. And it dumbly stated that we should be at one with the world and see all life as one organism or something like that.
What kind of dream world are they living in. It's astonishing...it just highlights human confusion. It goes after some kind of search for freedom away from government, away from mental enslavement.
But really is that even possible, what do they want, us to be cavemen again?

they relate religion to cosmic activity and fail to delve into this.
It failed to link the Rockefeller to the organisation they belong to.
And also, they fail to reveal what these people actually believe in and their motives for doing this. And when you find out their motive it seems very much linked to their religion and thirst for knowledge,power and control.

Because in hindsight the people orchestrating this have evil motives. They are HUMAN and evil exists in the world, and it is evident in the things they discuss. So how can we sought after a world where people are at harmony with each other when these same people you and me are capable of doing evil?

What did you think? Did you believe it all, if you quite from the movie which no sources or quote from anywhere with no sources, which are respectable. I wont take you seriously.

Yeah youre pretty much right. They took bits and pieces of information and historical accuracy, then placed them together into what they wanted us to hear. Like all conspiracy type movies they only tell you want they want you to hear. I found it had some good points that needed more information or research on my own part. For the most part it was one sided. Some of the stuff was a little OUT there for me, but some stuff I actually did look into.
