The Power Of One Audio Book

i love love love this book, "Dark Visions by L.J Smith" its the book with all 3 books in..."the strange power" "the possessed" "the passion"
the trouble is i suffer from really bad migranes so when i cant read it but have the BIGGEST URGE to i would like to lie in bed in the dark and listen to it....plus i like reading while listening to books . so yeah is there anywhere i can listen to free,,,normally i would go with youtube but no one has one on there?
i dont want to download anything! last time i done that my pc f***ed up. so i had to get it repaired.
oooo IDEA! if you actually have the audio book of it thn could youput it on youtube???? i would love you forever ;)

In most of the audio books by Eckhart Tolle, one male voice asks Eckhart different questions, and the voice sounds so much like the actor Keanu Reeves. Does anyone know who's voice that is? (it's not Eckhart)...there's also a female voice...wondering who that is?? just curious...!

the only person mentioned in any of the reviews is Eckhart so I very much doubt that anyone like Keanu Reeves is also on the CD. I would have expected there to be some sort of acknowledgement at least of other voices in the notes accompanying the audio book and would suggest you might find your answer hidden there.

I want to take the audio files of the art of war and 48 Laws of Power explained audio books and put them so there are 200 to 500 tracks of those audio books and put them in a playlist so I can put it on random repeat playback possibly with playspeed modifications to longer or shorter tracks.

So my question is which is the right 4, 5, or 8 CD version of the art or war that has many audio tracks like the "book" was originally written: IE: a series of loose notes one or three lines long, which also means not a WHOLE BOOK meant to be read Cover to Cover but random notes to be applied in sections of battle plans with modern measurements.

My intention is to use advanced computer information/innovation skills to tutor and train or select critical thinking context and concept mapping Buddhist or biotic mass ethics multimedia editing content for civic service workers or school curriculum peer review academic database administration and specifically volunteers to non-profit staff in an occupation of tutoring and addendum of multimedia content selection and editing as a copyrighted franchise licensed + maintained with a creative commons patent for open source social + environmental activism templates of non-profit development + deployment of information worker skills to the administrators of civil programs such as meals on wheels, domestic violence counselors’ + patrons or admin’s, mental health and other healthcare facilities, college and high school staff/students, military, professionals, SS disability, NA/AA, elderly, perhaps similar to or with programs like Work Keys or Sylvan Learning.

From what I can remember I had this toy in the mid/late 80's. It was all white, battery powered, and you could set it on your lap. To play it you put 1 of many different childrens books in the holder and also put the corresponding audio tape into the casette player to that book. You hit play on the audio tape and turned the pages as directed. Occasionally you would be prompted to hit one of the few multicolored colored buttons on the bottom of the machine to answer a question or make a choice as to where to go next in the book. Could someone please tell me the name of this toy?
*** It didn't look like a robot it looked more like a white rectangular laptop with big multicolored buttons on it and a tapedeck

Did it look like a little robot? I had a 2XL that did that. Mine was the 8-track version, though. Later they came out with one that played cassette tapes.

So I'm looking for a notebook/laptop for around 500 euro to type stuff/documents for school & to record audio.
I was pretty sure I was going to get the Acer Aspire http://www.cdfreaks.com/hardware/product /94300-Acer-Aspire-5738Z-423G16MN.html but then a friend of mine said I could get some cool Mac's second hand for 500 euros.

So I found this Power book G4 from 2004 Apple Power book G4 with keyboard and mouse and these specs:

* Processor Power PC G4 1,5Ghz
* Memory 1GB
* Hard disk 80GB
* Super drive DVD player (CD+DVD branden!)
* Bluetooth en Airport
* Charger
* 17" widescreen

I'm don't know which one I should get right now and I couldn't compare the Acer with the G4 to know which one performs better, any insiders help here?

i didnt see a price for the acer and im not familar with macs much
but acer's seem to be a good quality as well as mac's so I can see you delema about the 2
mac's are much more expensive brand new
and a used one for 500 euros is a great deal.
but your really have to consider.
Is the mac upgradable to 8gb ram?
and can you put a blue tooth acceptable in the Acer.
I would look for something that fit the price range im looking for with these specs
2.0GhZ ram
4 to 8GB ram
a 5200 to series 9 Video graphics card.
at least 4 usb ports
wireless /ethernet -both prefered
bluetooth -optional
and portability -weight.
just a few suggestions not really an answer.
