Hey,
I go to the gym 3-5 times a week, concentrating on different muscle groups each session etc...
I have read all about the Nutrition, correct use of Protein, preforming the exercises in the correct posture etc..
I was just wondering if anyone knows a book/website that has information on Specific exercises relevant to each area?
I obviously have routines I have made for:
Chest
Shoulders
Core and Lower Back
Arms
Legs
I read Mens Health etc, but rather than piecing together a workout from the given information, I was wondering if there was a straight talking book that has a workout muscle specific work out for Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri. With maybe 2 or 3 Alternates once your muscles get used to these routines?
Thanks again!

verizon carries a contact list online, but when I port my number, I am afraid I wont be able to access it. I have about 300 numbers in phone book (contacts).
if you have the contacts on your verizon phone, you will be able to view them after the phone is deactivated. if its online only then you should be able to call verizon and they should be able to access it.
How to start conversation with a girl in a book shop? I tried dropping things, straight up go to a girl and talk etc..,nothing is working what to do?
I know you said you've tried it already, but honestly the best way is just to go straight up to a girl and talk. If you want to be more casual about it, you can go to the section she's in and look at the books for a while and then ask her if she has any recommendations... something like that. Good opener for a conversation. If she doesn't respond, she's just not interested. But being direct and just talking to the girl is always best. It will work eventually.
Could i go straight to a local Scholastic building and hand them my book and see if they like it. Or does Scholastic have their own Literary Agents i could talk to?
Hi. I ran into your query I hope I can help. You may probably decide which way you want to go if you have exhausted all options. Perhaps its best still if you happen to have a publishing plan mapped out and then go from there. What are your thoughts on publishing the whole thing yourself while waiting for agents to do it for you? There are actually lots of chances for agents/editors/publishers to take notice of your book once they see the finished product. In the meantime, I'll give you something to peruse while you are at it. Let me know if you have questions. :)

Straight talking truth!
Tony Hsieh, without doubt one of my favourite CEO’s had his people send me me two copies of his new book being released in June 2010 (In America at least might take even longer to get over here). He suggested I should give away the second copy of here on my blog.
Zappos sold out to Amazon for 1.2Billion last year, which I love since after all Amazon already we’re doing everything Zappos we’re doing, just in a different way. Tony is a serial entrepreneur and really gets that working shouldn’t be a chore, all of his employees love the company. The sheer atmosphere at their Las Vegas head quarters is insane. Getting a job in Zappos for many is a dream come true and to ensure they haven’t hired someone without the love they offer $2,000 for new employees to quit.
