Jim Butcher has 4 released audio books that I know of. I have the first two now. Love these books and the guy doing the reading is absolutely perfect for this series. Do you know of a site that would tell me when book 5 would be released? Also, are there related authors for me to consider? Unabridged audio books only please. I can't read novels due to low vision and I share the audio books with my relative who is now legally blind.
I get one audio book a month and Harry Potter has July's slot. Just don't know what else to get after September?

Now for the rest of your question, you might like Iris Johansen and Kay Hooper. Both do mysteries with a supernatural twist. You might like Dean Koontz as well. If the supernatural elements appeal, you might like Charlaine Harris and MaryJanice Davidson.

Yes he has other audio books available. Two that I’m certain about is Fool Moon and Grave Peril, but I’m sure there are others. He’s a very entertaining and amusing writer that keeps you interested the whole way through his stories. Anyway, best of luck with your search.

Actually I love Steven King - but as someone once joked: "Are you afraid of flying? Just take along a Steven King book. After a few chapters - crashing wont sound so bad!"
I would suggest books by Ted Dekker. He writes thrillers/mysteries. My favorites so far are: "Thr3e," "Skin," and "Boneman's Daughter."
"Thr3e" is the tamest of them all
"Skin" has a huge twist at the end
"Boneman's Daughter" is the most chilling
