The HP books haven't been released in **electronic** audio format (as in to be downloaded from the Web or played on a computer). Therefore, **any** website claiming to offer them for download is illegal.
Even if you don't care about the legal issues, if you download something from an illegal website you stand a fair chance of picking up a virus, spyware, worm, or some other form of malware. And if you have to farm out the computer cleanup job, it could easily cost more than just buying the audio book. And by the way, just because you have a Mac doesn't mean you're immune.

Who does a better job at reading those Harry Potter Audio books? Jim Dales or Stephen Fry? Meaning who will not put me to sleep and cause me to throw my Ipod to the wall.

I want to buy my own audio book so I could listen to it while at work. Any suggestion which of the version should I buy? And what's the difference between Jim Dale's version compared to Stephen Fry's version?
I listen to the Jim Dale version, but I've never heard Stephen Fry. So, based on my one-sided opinion, I'd say Dale.
Plus, he got shiny trophies for some of his readings.

“Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows” comes out July 21st. So you won’t get it before then. At Barnes and Nobles, they will only sell all 7 books as a set on September 18th. As of right now, Harry Potter’s audio books are sold separately and cost more of course. Also, all the ones I found were read by Jim Dale.

My kids LOVE listening to stories, and once they found out they could listen to Harry Potter audio books….well, that was IT! Jim Dale is the voice behind all the Harry Potter audio books, and if you click on the links on the jukebox below, you’ll be able to listen to excerpts of him reading from all seven books in the series.
The thing is I grew up with Jim Dale so I would probably think he’s better whereas other people grew up with Stephen Frye SO you would think he is better. It’s just like I read the book Wicked before seeing the musical and liked the book better. The first one you see, or hear, is usually the one you like better because you expect it that way. You become biased.
