I need the Great Gatsby audio book. I have all of it except chapter 5 and 6. I kind of need that so does anyone know where I can get a complete audiobook?
You can get a free trial for audible at http://www.book-club-offers.com/audible- platinum/ which comes with 2 free downloads.
I checked and Audible carries the complete Great Gatsby so I guess you could get it there. Hope this helps!
Alice's Adventures in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll Chapter 1 - Down the Rabbit-Hole
I've read countless Brian Tracy, Jim Roam, Tony Robbins, Zig Zigglar, Kosaki, and others and have benefitted greatly, but looking for someone I may have missed along the way!
have you read charlots web
This is a tricky one, because we're looking for something that would appeal to a family with a 12 year old daughter and 6 year old son - and Mom and Dad, too!
Where the Red Fern Grows - Wilson Rawls
A Dog Called Kitty - Bill Wallace (from what I recall, there was just a little bit of cursing)
Old Yeller - Fred Gipson
Oh, my. That's a lot of dead dog books. Here are some others I would listen to with my 9 and 6 year old daughters:
My Side of the Mountain - Jean Craighead George
Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of NIMH - Robert C. O'Brien
The Tale of Despereaux - Kate DiCamillo
Joey Pigza books by Jack Gantos
Holes - Louis Sachar
From the Mixed-Up Files of Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler - E. L. Konigsburg
The Westing Game - Ellen Raskin
Hatchet - Gary Paulsen
Far North - Will Hobbs
Incident at Hawk's Hill - Allan W. Eckert
Banner in the Sky - James Ullman
Charlotte's Web - E. B. White
My Father's Dragon - Ruth S. Gannett
Johnny Tremain - Esther Forbes
Farmer Boy - Laura Ingalls Wilder
A Long Way from Chicago - Richard Peck
A Girl Named Disaster - Nancy Farmer
The Watsons Go to Birmingham - Christopher Paul Curtis ** depending on how sensitive they are -- this book is about civil rights and mentions the 1963 church bombing in Birmingham where the four little girls died
We've also enjoyed listening to Nancy Drew, and now Hardy Boys audiobooks.

I have a long drive to work and I have come to love audio books.
I started my audio book journey with great books but they where read in a dry matter. I then found the Harry potter series on audio I enjoyed the reader so much that I have now been listening nonstop to long series books on my way to work. So i want to now if anyone has suggestions on audio books that not only are a great book but are read in a pleasing way. like the harry potter and the Wheel of Time series.
here is a list of others i have listened to and enjoyed.
Harry Potter
DragonLance
Wheel of time
Lord of the rings (the hobbit)
Narnia
Sword of truth (terry goodkind)
mistborn (Sanderson)
inheritance cycle (Christopher Paolina)
You might try the Discworld series by Terry Pratchett. I've only read the text version, but those are great, and my friends who have the audiobooks have enjoyed them.
Although David Sedaris is more off-the-wall dry humor than fantasy, I've really enjoyed his readings of his books.
whats a great audio book to listen 2? i loved star wars legacy of the force and those crazy books by carlos casteneda. so anything mystical or sci-fi. help me yahoo answers. your my only hope lol
Terry Pratchett, especially the later ones.
My favourite is Going Postal. The reader gives the golems different accents which makes it funnier.
