I want some audio books but don’t have idea of subscription service.
Plz help me and recommend me some trusted site where I can find good audio books.
I use audible.co.uk for £7.99 a month you can download any book at any price even if it far more than the £7.99, or you can choose 2 books for £14.99 a month. I have been subscribing to this site for over 12 months with no problems and they email you when your 'credit' is available.
I have downloaded books priced at £40 all unabridged and they are brilliant!

I just got a PalmOne Zire 31 PDA. I want to be able to play the subscription .wma files (Audio books) I download from a library website. The PalmOne will not let me.
Is there any software I can use to let me play them? I don't want to have to still use my old MP3 now I have the PDA.

It probably doesn't have the necessary codec needed to play the file. If it's using WMA, then I'm assuming it is probably a protected DRM file. You'll need to find software (eg. Pocket Tunes) that supports the file you want to play.

If I subscribe to the 14 day subscription on emusic with 35 free song downloads and an audio book will it charge me for the subscription plan I choose?
bad part about that is you have to enter your card information. They don't charge you anything than but after that 14 days oh man, your in trouble lol so yes they will charge but not until the 14 days is up, just write down a note or a post-it to remind yourself to call and cancel!!

Desperately need to read Spies by Michael Frayn - by tomorrow! It's sold out in my local bookshops and there are none in the library! So far I've found audio book downloads which would be great but you need to set up a subscription which I'm not keen to do! Can anyone help pretty please!? You have to join to buy it but you can download it to your computer and choose the file size etc. THere is also a long audio sample you can listen to.
