Audio Book Software

I looked at Windows sound recorder, but it only allows 1 minute recordings, which is largely insufficient. Please help!

Audacity is a great free program if you just wanna record simple audio.

I don't wanna go blind reading so if you know a way I can turn reading into listening that'd be great. Oh the books come in e-format but it's still text.

i just got back from turkey just yesterday me and my wife we realy love the country and the culture specially its a muslim country as me and my wife both are muslim but live in uk and has beautiful mosque,food are lovely and the people are very friendly were deffo going back again. i want to no if any one can help me or recommend me any books or software i can download with audio realy love to learn turkish i learned the basic before i went up their to get my self prepared and it has payed of inshallah realy happy i no the basic but i want to learn more.

For my Birthday, I was given a couple of audio books on cd. On my iPod, there is a place for audio books. My question is this: is there free software - or software in general that allows you to take the cd tracks of the audio books, convert them to audio books, set up chapters, etc. I'm running windows vista.

Hello all

I'm looking for a software that can read a book/ pdf file for you. In the sense a software that will perform the function of an audio book. That is if I open a pdf file and put my head set on it should read it for me.
If there is any such software please let me know. Freeware - better.
