I became a James Patterson fan when I listen (audio CD) Honeymoon. I work at a desk and work on a computer all day. Stop by my local library and picked up a James Patterson audio CD and became a FAN!! I love the Honeymoon. I've listened to all of them...except Cross Country and the new Murder Women club book..... Ohh I also love Step On A Crack....
So whats you favorite James Patterson novel...
He's coming out with a sequel to Step On A Crack called Run For Your Life - it's being released very soon. In the next week or so.
I enjoyed Honeymoon, as well. My first book that I read by him is Roses are Red - and I became an instant fan of the Alex Cross series. His most recent one in that series, Cross Country, was completely different from the other books in the series, for better or for worse. You decide.
My favorite is Sail. There was just something about that book that literally kept me captivated from beginning to end.

Can anyone tell us when and if there'll be a Soft Cover book of "Women's Murder Club" series' latest addition "8th Confession" by James Patterson?
We know the Hard cover and the Audio book have been released quite recently, but we're more interested in the soft cover one.

I would like it to be something along the lines of James Patterson / Dean Koontz.. I am listening to Stuart Woods (Stone Barrington) right now and I need a few more for vacation. Please lists titles & reason
If your into Dean Koontz i would suggest Odd Thomas by him, the first in the series. Its hard to explain what it is exactly but its pretty much about a boy who can see ghosts..with a few twists involved
Also try the classic Agatha Cristie novel And Then There Were None, its a whole new genre in itself! but is a edge of your seat mystery where its almost imposible to guess the outcome. I suggest you read agatha's book

Audio Book Author Spotlight: James Patterson
There was a time when I was so busy that reading was something squeezed into the few minutes not occupied by crying babies. During that time, I latched onto James Patterson. His fast-paced thrillers can be easily digested in small bites. There is little character development or literary value. I could easily read for 5 or 10 stolen minutes and then pick the book up later and not have to reread a word.
Those first novels were my guilty pleasure. I abandoned literary fiction in favor of a quick thrill. I looked forward to the next installment in the Alex Cross series. I had actually, over time, learned enough about the characters in that series to care about them. I kept reading Patterson out of habit, requesting his latest from the library immediately upon release. Then things changed.
