Audio Book Cd Unabridged

I want to pre-order the book Mistral's kiss on unabridged audio cd but I'm not sure which format to buy. They have one with the bar code 1423322304 that says unabridged lib ed for $70.72, one with barcode 1423322290 unabridged edition for $25.71 and one with barcode 1423322312 mp3 cd unab mp3 edition for $ 16.47. They all say they are unabridged audio cd. Whats the diffrence?

Bitrate is the difference. Buy the $25 version. It can be converted for MP3's as well.

Library editions tend to be more expensive because they will be borrowed/used many more times than a home edition...so they say...it might also just be because this allows the library to jack up the fines for lost items. Anyways...you don't need that.
The second one sounds like it is just standard CD edition, might have a dozen or so CDs, but fine none-the-less.
The last one has the audio compressed to fit a lot more book on one disc...much cheaper for the publisher and takes up less room for you. I would go ahead and get the third if your CD player is compatible with mp3 format, otherwise get option 2.

I bought the first 2 books on CD then found out they were abridged. I was pretty annoyed so does anyone know if the unabridged versions are available.

If they don't say abridged on the CDs, then the books will be the unabridged editions.

As near as I can tell, these are only available on cassette tape through Amazon. The first book is also available as an audio download through audible.com.

i would like it to be on a cd

Check your local library. I've listened to all them by checking them out from my library branch. Sometimes I have to put holds on them from the computer and have them sent to my branch but once I get them I rip them to my computer so I can listen to them anytime I would like.
