Does anyone else love A Tree Grows in Brooklyn?

This is my all time favorite book. I have read repeatedly and have the audio version also.

Yes! Outstanding! I think I was ten or twelve when I first read it, and have read it again several times since. It was my first feeling of understanding life in a large city, it connected with my own poverty as a child (I loved the coffee can in the closet), and opened my eyes to a world entirely different from my own. I had to immediately read everything else Smith wrote - and I love them all. Thank you for bringing this memory to mind again!

Does anyone know where i can find this book?

Jean Kwok states on her website, "Although Girl in Translation is a work of fiction and not a memoir, the world in which it...
